Big Baller Brand Sued For Failing To Make Payments

The Big Baller Brand hasn't been having the best couple of days. The company is now facing a lawsuit.

According to LA Times, BBB is getting sued for failing to miss payments to the company that is responsible for embroidering and printing its merchandise; such as hats, shirts and more. "In a breach of contract lawsuit filed in San Bernardino County Superior Court, attorneys for Closet Collection allege that Big Baller Brand owes the company almost $25,000," the news outlet reports.

A representative for Closet Collection told LA Times, “Basically their entire website was produced by us.” They added: “When it came time to make payments, they kind of bailed. We tried for about three months. They said they would make payment about seven times. They just kept pushing it back and kept pushing it back.”

News of this lawsuit -- which was filed in November, but has been kept under wraps until now -- comes right after reports of the Big Baller Brand getting over 45 negative reviews on its company and not one positive one, as well as getting a one-star rating. Bossman of the brand, LaVar Ball, later addressed the rating by saying, "It's probably Nike and Adidas complaining about not getting their Big Baller Brand merchandise."

The Big Baller Brand has yet to respond to the apparel company's lawsuit.
